Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users through email and messaging systems, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently. As a non-voice support specialist, you will leverage your exceptional written communication skills in Italian (C1 level) and good verbal and written skills in English (B2 level or above) to deliver personalized solutions and foster strong relationships with our customers. Your ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way will be invaluable in this position, as you will be working closely with users to resolve their issues and provide them with the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support through email and messaging systems, responding to user queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Excellent written skills in Italian (C1 level)
Good verbal and written skills in English (B2 level or above)
A valid work permit to work in the EU
Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, although not essential
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution
A positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a "can do" attitude
The ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
