Delta's IT Facilities Group is responsible for:
IT administration of all site executions, inventories, infrastructure planning, maintenance, and break/fix services for server farm critical systems, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room critical climate hardware.
IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications.
Distant coordination with professional services responsible for critical system support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms.
The management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all critical facilities infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room equipment.
Advancement of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure.
Support IT Facilities grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
