As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the vital link between our organization and the customers we serve. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Customer Inquiry Management

Promptly process internal and external customer requests received via telephone, fax, email, and mail
Handle external customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and general questions with professionalism and expertise
Manage internal customer inquiries from departments including Sales, Freight, Plant Operations, and Order Management
Provide accurate information and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction and retention


Order Processing Excellence

Review and process order entry in a timely and efficient manner
Perform order accuracy checks to ensure specifications and quantities are correct
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any order discrepancies or issues
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions


Problem Resolution & Relationship Building

Communicate effectively with both internal and external team members to resolve customer concerns
Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across all departments
De-escalate conflict professionally and diplomatically while maintaining customer satisfaction
Communicate professionally with all stakeholders, representing arenaflex with integrity


Ownership & Initiative

Take full ownership of customer inquiries from initial contact through resolution
Utilize all available arenaflex resources to find comprehensive solutions
Complete thorough reviews of issues and follow up proactively with concerned parties
Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to Order Management leadership
Participate actively in problem-solving meetings and contribute valuable insights


Team Collaboration

Collaborate with Order Management peers to deliver superior customer experiences
Share best practices and lessons learned during team meetings
Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment that embraces continuous improvement
Assist colleagues when needed and maintain flexibility during peak periods

Education & Experience Requirements

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Highly Preferred Background

Logistics and Supply Chain Management experience
Account Management background
Previous customer service in a remote or call center environment
Experience with order processing or fulfillment systems
