Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any order discrepancies or issues
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Problem Resolution & Relationship Building
Communicate effectively with both internal and external team members to resolve customer concerns
Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across all departments
De-escalate conflict professionally and diplomatically while maintaining customer satisfaction
Communicate professionally with all stakeholders, representing arenaflex with integrity
Ownership & Initiative
Take full ownership of customer inquiries from initial contact through resolution
Utilize all available arenaflex resources to find comprehensive solutions
Complete thorough reviews of issues and follow up proactively with concerned parties
