As a Frontend Coach (Complex) - WM, you will:
Lead and develop high-performing teams through effective teaching, training, and active listening, ensuring seamless store operations and excellent customer service.
Drive financial performance and sales growth in designated store areas by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, upholding our mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Successful completion of firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training (for facilities that sell firearms).
Attendance and successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
