Job Overview
In this role, you will serve as a technical lead for all data science-related work, focusing on customer data science initiatives that drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a deep understanding of machine learning, statistics, and data science
Strong programming skills in Python and/or R, with the ability to execute projects end-to-end and implement best practices in ML Ops and coding standards
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex algorithm evaluations into simple language and communicate effectively with business, product, and application partners
