Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and stakeholders
Strong typing skills and ability to navigate online platforms with ease
Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
