Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers and the environment. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Service Representative - Water Billing Specialist, you will be the face of blithequark, responding to routine telephone inquiries from the public and other city departments. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns, entering changes of service into our data system, and maintaining accurate records.
