We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for union members seeking information about available benefits. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service to union members via phone, email, and chat
Educating members about benefits available to them through their union affiliation
Assisting members with enrollment and onboarding processes
Addressing member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and services
Meeting and exceeding sales targets (optional) by upselling and cross-selling benefits to interested members
Requirements for Consideration
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets (optional)
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
