**Experienced Part-Time Customer Support Representative – Dance Industry SaaS Solutions**

Our Rec & Leisure business line is dedicated to empowering dance studios to offer online registration, tuition calculation, and payment options for their students' parents. We're looking for an experienced customer support specialist to join our team and provide top-notch service for our customers. This part-time role will range from 20-29 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm ET. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required work days. Our team is united in its desire to help our clients better serve and empower their communities. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and email to ensure our customers have a great experience using our product. * Troubleshooting software issues and providing clients with solutions that meet their business needs. * Answering both process (how-do-I?) and business (how-should-I?) inquiries and requests. * Working directly with clients, as well as Development and Quality Assurance teams to identify, triage, and resolve system issues. * Documenting frequently asked questions and preparing knowledge-based content. * Documenting requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Strong customer service and analytical skills. * Comfortable helping customers via phone support. * Ability to diagnose and explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to quickly learn computer software and operating procedures. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. * Flexible work schedule; must be able to work on weekends. * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills. * Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals. * Success-driven, works well in a team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. * Knowledge and passion for the dance industry. * Previous experience with SaaS or payments industry preferred, but not mandatory. **We're an Equal Opportunity Employer** We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of arenaflex's total compensation package for employees.
