Work-from-home flexibility
The schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00, as well as rotating Saturdays. After the initial training period onsite, there will be an option for work-from-home flexibility (hybrid schedule).
Responsibilities
Reviews Mobile Deposits and monitors for "red flags" to mitigate fraud
Responds to members' electronic messages
Owns the member experience by recommending credit union products and services to existing members
Takes incoming calls from members to assist them with account needs and transactions
Opens and maintains accounts
Requirements
High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of industry experience required
Spanish language preferred

Ability to recommend products and services that will be beneficial to our members

Computer/Software Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs with ability to learn new software programs
