As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience. You'll be the face of blithequark, assisting pet parents with their inquiries, providing expert advice, and resolving any issues they may encounter when shopping with us. Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, or email with a friendly and professional demeanor. Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in blithequark's wide range of pet products to offer the best guidance and solutions to customers. Order Management: Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, including addressing product-related questions and concerns. Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback to help blithequark enhance its services and product offerings. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Customer-Centric Attitude: A strong passion for helping and supporting customers.
