Workwarp is seeking a highly skilled Digital Navigator to join our team. As a Digital Navigator, you will play a vital role in empowering age and income-eligible participants to achieve their goals through home internet service, internet-capable devices, and coaching in workplace readiness and introductory digital skills.

Position: Digital Navigator - Remote/hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients' access to technology, digital skill level, internet connectivity needs, and internet use priorities to develop personalized plans.
Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and report outcomes as required.
Coach clients to use their new technology, meet internet use goals, and attain certifications for workplace readiness.
Collaborate with the Digital Navigation Team to ensure goals are met, special projects are completed, and administrative duties are fulfilled.
Schedule learners for courses, group programs, and virtual lessons.
Provide virtual group and individual lessons, proctor assessments, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and multi-tasking.
Attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
Honesty and ability to perform the assignment with the highest level of integrity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Smart Sheets, Word, Excel, and Zoom.
Qualifications:
Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in library science, social work, or communication.
Five to seven years of prior training and coaching experience.
Aging and/or workforce knowledge are a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Position Logistics:
This is a remote/hybrid role that may combine office days as needed.
Candidates must be flexible and able to respond to changing priorities.
Occasional travel as needed.
