Full time / Data Entry Assistant (Remote)
Are you looking for a flexible and remote entry-level position in data entry? We are seeking a Data Entry Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database, ensuring that all data is entered efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
Entering data into various computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy
Performing regular data backups to ensure data integrity
Maintaining accurate records of all data entries
Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
Identifying and correcting errors in data entry
Communicating with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Performing other administrative duties as required
$30 - $40 an hour
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent typing... skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in data entry is an asset, but not required
