Join Our Team We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our remote workforce, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. About the Role As a Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation * Providing exceptional customer service and support to members * Building strong relationships with union associations and their members * Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member inquiries and concerns * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to members Requirements for Consideration To be considered for this role, you'll need: * Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our union members * Fluency in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proven customer service experience in a remote or call center environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Familiarity with union benefits and labor laws (a plus but not required) What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being of our employees.
