Integration Specialist responsible to design and implement an optimal integration strategy for the organization to ensure that different systems work together in a seamless and efficient manner, maximizing data accuracy and minimizing data redundancy.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide integration architecture that meets the organization's business requirements, goals, and objectives.
• Develop integration standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and reusability of integration components.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders such as business analysts, project managers, and developers to design and implement integration solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for integration solutions, including design documents, technical specifications.
• Work with external vendors and partners to ensure that their products and services can integrate with the organization's systems and applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the integration process.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to integration.
• Ensure that integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance requirements.

Qualifications/Experience include:

1. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

2. At least 6-10 years of experience in system integration or a related field

3. Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing integration solutions with different technology platforms such as Azure Integration Services, Logic App, Azure Data Service, Service Bus.

4. Strong knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as EDI, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and APIs.

5. Good have experience on Biztalk, SAP S4HANA, etc.

6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

7. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with different stakeholders.

8. Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements related to integration.
