Scope of Work
We are looking for experienced Full Stack Java Developers who can contribute to both front-end and back-end development with hands‑on skills in Java, React, HTML, and CSS. Candidates should be capable of handling development tasks independently or in a lead capacity based on experience and project demands.
Role of the Resource
• Responsible for end-to-end software development using Java and React.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy user-friendly front‑end interfaces and robust back‑end services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Sometimes required to join client or team calls outside general shift hours as per project needs.
Primary Skills (Must Have)
• Java (Full Stack) - Strong

• HTML - Strong
Secondary Skills (Good to Have)
• CSS - Good to have
