Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain physical and virtual server environments (Windows-focused)
Perform regular Windows patching, updates, and proactive system maintenance
Oversee backup strategies and disaster recovery processes
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and related enterprise services
Monitor and manage SIEM systems for security and compliance
Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive timely resolution
Lead and support IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
Maintain accurate system documentation and operational procedures
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation (shared with the team)
