Read further!What you will be doing:Provide administrative and organizational support to our CPOManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logisticsSupport recurring leadership meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items.Coordinate key internal events such as leadership offsites, Product Roadmap presentations, Product & Delivery craft sessionsAct as point of contact, both internally and externally, with professionalism and warmthHandle confidential information with discretionBring a sense of calm and clarity - even when things get busyAbout you:You bring 1-3 years of experience in a similar roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailYou are always one step ahead, proactive, hands-on and not afraid of a challenge.You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.Flexible and a service-driven attitudeClear communicator, written and verbal, in both Dutch & EnglishA positive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit
