Description: 7. What is the specific title of the position? Sr Proj Mgr I 9. Work Location Type 100% Telecommute 10. Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 8am - 5pm ET 12. Preparing risk/issue/decision documentation with input from workstream teams and maintaining updates to each on a weekly basis. Partnering with the State PMO team to add new risks/issues/decisions to the Google drive Log (Source of truth) Updating weekly/monthly status reports Presenting open issues/risks in a monthly State PMO call Conducting a weekly internal meeting to gather new issues/risks/decisions and update Meet weekly with SPMO to align on outstanding risks/issues/decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills 13. What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)? Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification 15. Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what's being done? Integrated Eligibility system in the Maintenance & Operations phase of the project lifecycle with signficant hours dedicated to enhancements. 16. What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)? We want to be as specific as possible with our firms so they can find the type of candidate you're looking for. 5+ years of IT Project Management experience 2+ years of experience in project management for a State Medicaid Agency or a large healthcare management organization Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Experienced managing IRAAD for fast paced, complex initiative with multiple workstreams Excellent written and verbal communication skills 17.
