Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead and align a portfolio of strategic initiatives within regulated healthcare and public sector environments. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery expertise across both traditional and Agile project methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee a portfolio of healthcare and public sector programs to ensure strategic alignment, delivery performance, and risk mitigation.
• Provide executive reporting on schedules, budgets, resources, and outcomes.
• Lead governance frameworks, prioritization processes, and portfolio planning.
• Drive Agile and Scrum-based delivery alongside traditional project management approaches.
• Supervise Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage scope, change, and strategic outcomes.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of project/program management experience
• 3+ years of portfolio or multi-project leadership
• Active PMP certification required
• Scrum Master or Agile certification preferred
• Experience in healthcare systems and public sector environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with large-scale IT modernization initiatives in Healthcare
• Familiarity with regulated operational environments
• Experience managing vendors and enterprise budgets

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
