The Head of IT Infrastructure Operations Office provides operational, financial, and governance leadership across the IT Infrastructure organisation, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and strategic execution. Supervisory Responsibilities: Governance oversight across infrastructure teams Coordination with HR, Finance, Security, and Procurement Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. Oversees the daily workflow of the department. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Duties / Responsibilities: Establish infrastructure governance across people, financials, delivery, compliance, and innovation Own operational cadence including service reviews and executive reporting Track budgets, vendor spend, and cost optimisation initiatives Monitor service delivery and project performance Support audit readiness and risk management Required Skills / Abilities: Strong operational and financial acumen Excellent executive communication skills High organisational discipline and attention to detail Education and Experience: 10+ years in senior IT operations, governance, or PMO roles Don’t meet every single qualification?
