[Remote] Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer, you will tackle complex design challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape AI integration into educator experiences.ResponsibilitiesShape and evolve core product experiences: Lead design efforts across new and existing product areas, creating experiences for educators and students that connect them with Panorama's data and insights and deliver immediate, meaningful valueDesign AI-powered and AI-assisted experiences: Define AI-native features and design systems for human-agent collaboration, focusing on interaction models, workflows, and user experiencesContribute to and evolve the design system: Define new components, design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation; build production-ready accessible components with engineering; drive adoption and patterns for AI-native interactions across multiple productsRaise the bar on craft for the team: Lead by example through strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping. Give thoughtful feedback, mentor designers, and help build a culture of high standards and continuous learningChampion accessibility and inclusive design: Build WCAG 2.2 AA compliance into your process from the start.
