IT Business Analyst - Banking and Payment Systems

IT Business Analyst - Banking and Payment Systems Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements related to Consumer and commercial banking implementation (Q2) • Develop detailed test plans, Use cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications. • Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for consumer and commercial banking implementations (Q2) • Validate message formats, field-level mappings, and transaction flows in compliance. • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA,). • Work with developers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of fixes. • Participate in regression testing and support production validation as needed. • Provide regular status updates and testing metrics to stakeholders. • Support training and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
