Job Summary Support the IT team in operational and project activities on application management , quality assurance and support to web systems/CMS , contributing to troubleshooting, testing, documentation and small developments/scripts. Support the life cycle of Company applications to provide support to business operations. Collaborate to the implementation of IT projects to ensure alignment with requirements and technical landscape, adoption of best practices and external regulations. What you'll do Collaborate in monitoring business applications across the Group to ensure they are managed in line with the Global framework, standards and requirements Collaborate in the implementation and roll out projects for the area of competence, to ensure they are performed on time and on budget, in line with business requirements and Company standards. Support in managing the lifecycle of business applications (configuration, development, maintenance) to continuously improve the support to business operations. Support in collecting and documenting business requirements to contribute to the assessment of requested enhancements and new software. Support the supervisor in requirements and process documentation and in applications testing to ensure alignment to best practices and standards. Collaborate in designing solutions to meet business requirements and in respect of guidelines and constraints. Support in drafting functional and technical documentation for the applications under the area of competence to ensure compliance and alignment with Company and Quality standards. Collaborate in solving business specific issues to contribute in the achievement of department and Company KPIs and business expectations. Deliver training to business users for the assigned area of competence to ensure applications are properly run. Qualifications and need-to-know Basic IT knowledge: operating systems (Windows excellent); server/application concepts, frontend/backend difference; o365 Basic SQL (Simple SELECT, WHERE, JOIN). Soft skills: curiosity, organization, quick learning ability problem solving, clear communication, teamwork; aptitude for documenting in a structured way (screenshots, steps, evidence). Bachelor's/Master's degree (current or recent graduates) : Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering (ICT address), Data Science/Statistics (with a focus on IT tools), Web technologies, Digital Management, Information Systems. High school degree: Information Technology and Telecommunication, Business Information Systems with a technical focus, ITS in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software dev, DevOps, Digital.
