Compensation: $100,000 (Contract Position)
We are seeking a highly capable Investor Relations Lead to prospect investors, organize fundraising processes, and represent our vision with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all investor communications
• Prepare investor materials, updates, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate outreach and meetings with institutional, strategic, and high-net-worth investors
• Track investor engagement and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting
• Collaborate closely with the executive team on fundraising strategy, positioning, and messaging
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in investor relations, fundraising, or venture-backed environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable presenting financial and strategic information clearly
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Preferred:
• Network or relationships in tech, venture capital, angel investors, or blockchain ecosystems
• Experience managing or supporting equity rounds or token-based models
