Investment Service Specialist – Trading

Job Description: • Support Advisor Teams and Ensure Accurate Trade Execution/Resolutions • Work closely with advisor teams, serving as a resource for trade workflows and operational guidance. • Review trade activity to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards. • Communicate resolutions promptly to advisors and stakeholders to maintain confidence in trading processes. • Assist with inquiries related to trade execution and provide recommendations for best practices. • Collaborate with Internal and External Partners on Trade Reconciliation • Partner with custodians, trading platforms, and internal teams to reconcile executed trades accurately. • Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports for management review and compliance purposes. • Ensure proper integration and data integrity across systems to support operational accuracy. • Support ad hoc requests and reporting needs related to trading operations. • Develop Processes to Increase Operational Efficiency and Reduce Risk • Identify opportunities to streamline trade workflows and reduce operational risk. • Collaborate with technology and operations teams on initiatives that enhance scalability and efficiency. • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving trading processes and error prevention. • Seek creative solutions to minimize administrative burden and improve advisor experience.
