**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through telephone interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and follow-up on outstanding balances
* Performing basic accounting and data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports
* Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage customer information, track orders, and communicate with customers and internal teams
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience

**Qualifications**
