Investment Operations - Analyst

The Investment Operations Analyst will support the investment operations team in managing transaction and capital markets pipeline execution across various private market asset classes, ensuring organized communication and documentation throughout the investment process. Responsibilities Centralizing data capture and process flows through the client’s proprietary technology platform, SPI Harmonizing transaction execution processes across private markets asset classes and strategies Enhancing technology solutions supporting the client’s allocation policy Centralizing sourcing, management and implementation of capital markets and fund management tools and provider relationships Tracking newly raised capital entering the client’s platform Adding new capital to the client’s transaction allocation engine Facilitating transaction structuring, sourcing financing facilities and implementing hedging programs Managing transaction funding logistics to ensure cash availability to close Posting final legal closing packages to internal stakeholders when deals have closed Skills Self-motivated Focused Organized Experience in investment operations Ability to manage transaction and capital markets pipeline Experience with private equity secondaries, private equity co-investments, venture capital, growth equity, real estate, infrastructure, and real assets Ability to track multi-channel communications flows Experience in disciplined document management Ability to centralize data capture and process flows Experience in harmonizing transaction execution processes Ability to enhance technology solutions supporting allocation policy Experience in sourcing, management, and implementation of capital markets and fund management tools Ability to track newly raised capital Experience in facilitating transaction structuring and sourcing financing facilities Ability to manage transaction funding logistics Experience in posting final legal closing packages Benefits 90% covered medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums to help you stay healthy without financial strain.
