Unit: Finance
Mission: raise Tier 1 VC C round to acquire IPO team, licenses, and grow to 500k MPU. Build finance function needed for IPO.

Functions:
• Fundraising Strategy: Define a strategy to attract investment, taking into account examples of public offerings against the backdrop of quantitative easing.
• Data Room: Prepare investment materials with a model and financial statements.
• Target Investors: Identify a list of priority investors capable to attract top talent and strategic partnerships in the US.
• Sale: Organize and hold meetings with investors, attract advisers, collect investment applications.
• Transaction: To structure the transaction together with the contractors and lawyers.
• Reporting: Develop and automate the financial and OKR reporting system.
• Risks: Prevent financial risks, develop risk policies and systems of the trading desk and custody.
• Liquidity: Monitor compliance with the OKRs on the trading desk in terms of liquidity and risks.
• Compliance: Comply with the requirements of regulators for financial transactions by building reporting, KYC, AML processes, regulating customer access to services, and obtaining the necessary licenses.
• Team: To develop a team of the financial unit, to grow LATOKEN product managers of the primary and secondary market of digital assets, banking.
• Vision: Understand and learn to sell the idea that people's lives are reduced to social and monetary transactions: social networks are a wallet for social currency, LATOKEN is a wallet for monetary currency, and there are more clients for the last wallet than for the first. Therefore, digital wallets will cost more than social media.
Requirement skills and experience:
3+ years as a head of a financial function with high pace fundraising or IPO experience. Experience in at least 2 of 9: fundraising, IPO, fintech grown-up, crypto, trading, IB, Big3, OKRs implementation, Python. High pace self-starter, able to overachieve under the pressure of crypto capital markets. High motivation to get to IPO with disruptive tech.
