What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and coach a cohort of Greenwood Project scholars towards successful junior-year investment banking summer internships
- Evaluate and track scholar success using internal rubrics and roadmaps
- Develop systems for student support grounded in best coaching practices
- Manage and develop scholar relationships to support retention and success
- Support the strategic build-out of the program for student development and internship success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Services, specifically in Investment Banking or Private Equity
- Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and think critically about job performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to tailor presentations to different audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to design feedback loops and protocols for improving job performance
- Experience working cross-functionally and on a team to align programs with stakeholder needs
- Strong Excel skills for data tracking and monitoring
- Desire to operate in a start-up environment
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct
