Key Responsibilities • Support cross-border M&A advisory services, working closely with global teams. • Conduct industry and company research, prepare pitch materials, and assist in deal origination. • Develop and maintain financial models and provide analytical support for transactions. • Serve as the primary relationship contact for U.S.-based clients, prospects, and intermediaries. • Coordinate deliverables for U.S. clients and ensure quality across all written materials. • Draft pitch books, information memoranda, investor presentations, and term sheets. • Perform due diligence, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking. • Work across products to support deal execution and origination. Qualifications • Strong understanding of financial concepts, particularly M&A. • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple engagements, and adapt to changing assignments. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills. • High attention to detail and ability to work effectively with senior professionals. • Prior experience in investment banking or related financial services.
