[Remote] Client Manager Representative

The Client Manager Representative will service existing payments clients to protect market share and grow revenue, acting as the primary sales contact for assigned clients.ResponsibilitiesService a high volume of Deluxe’s existing payments clients to protect market share and grow revenue generatedAct as the sales point of contact to assigned clientsProvide timely follow up to client requests and manage relationshipNavigate the client to the appropriate resources within Deluxe to fulfill request, including self-service options when availableManage, plan, and execute in a virtual modelResponsible to manage a client territory of hundred(s) of accounts across Deluxe’s payment solutionsProtect Market Share - Effectively manage client renewal cycle identified for proactive renewal processFocus is to save and renew potential at-risk relationshipsManage the agreement renewal with the appropriate financial margins and program parameters established by finance as neededLead sales initiatives for add-ons to current payment services utilized by client, and when appropriate cross sell additional payment servicesAchieve client price increases based on contractual terms and company initiativesEffectively and accurately identify potential program concerns or issuesGuide client to internal support teams to resolve issues to attain the highest level of client satisfactionProvide awareness and education to self-service resources available for client’s program managementProvide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to improve program efficiencies across the territory segmentMaintain client records in CRM systemSkillsBachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience, or HS/GED and 5 years of related experienceExperience working in direct sales in a Business to Business (B2B) environment in payments industryMust be 18 years of age or olderProven success retaining existing business and growing wallet share with many accountsProven history of exceeding annual quota and driving revenue growth for the companyExperience in time management, prioritization, territory, and account management selling into small to mid-size accountsDemonstrated success building key relationships within the C-Suite and departmental leadership teamsAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formExcellent communication and presentation skillsBenefitsHealthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision)Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, and HolidaysEmployer-Matched Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityInfertility Treatment, Adoption and Surrogacy AssistanceTuition ReimbursementCompany OverviewDeluxe is a finacial services company that provides financial institutions deepen customer relationships through technology solutions.
