Here’s what you’ll be doing: • Present ideas and supporting documents for investment selection into Gradient Portfolios • Monitor existing holdings for updates on business operations and outlook • Understand and relay pertinent information on individual stocks to make investment decisions • Understand and relay sector drivers to make investment decisions • Develop investment thesis across several asset classes, including stocks, bonds, and alternatives • Manage internal and external customer relationships; partner with team members to ensure and maintain positive relationship management • Assist with cross-training for growth of team members • Be a resource to team members to answer questions on client correspondence, processes, procedures and all other as necessary • Provide direct correspondence and support for FSP inquires, including calls, emails and face-to-face; assist team members with elevated inquires • All other duties as assigned Whether your flight begins at our Minnesota or Kansas office, we’re committed to your ascent to your career’s maximum altitude.
