We are a fast-growing digital company with clients across industries. As we grow, we’re looking for someone with curiosity, energy, and the drive to grow into a fully-fledged IT Project Manager. You’ll start with small tasks and grow step by step – with full support from our team.

Tasks
You won’t be thrown into the deep end. You’ll grow into this role gradually – with mentoring, feedback, and clear tasks that help you level up.
Assist in preparing and organizing customer meetings
Help maintain and update project boards (e.g. ClickUp)
Support in writing tasks and translating ideas into concrete project steps
Observe, learn, and slowly take on more responsibility
Step by step, you’ll become the person coordinating entire projects and communicating directly with clients
Requirements
We don’t expect perfection, we expect potential.
This is the perfect internship if you:
Have a strong interest in software, tech, or digital workflows
Have first exposure to IT-related topics (e.g. from university, side projects, or internships)
Are highly motivated to learn and take initiative
Are comfortable communicating in English
Are willing to learn German and reach at least C1/C2 (we’ll support you financially!)
Are based in Kosovo (Our office is in Prishtine)
