Key Responsibilities:
Β Customer Service:
Β Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries
Β Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction
Travel Booking and Planning:
Β Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
Β Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget
Administrative Support:
Β Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members
Β Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required
Data Entry and Management:
Β Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases
Β Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity
Assistant:
Β Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed
Β Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
Qualifications:
Β Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields
Β Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus
Β Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Β Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Β Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Β Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Β Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
