We are proud to offer programs and flexibility that help employees balance work and personal time.Job SummarySupport Saybrus distribution segment by proactively assisting the sales manager, Team Leader and the wholesalers in achieving company sales goals. Initiate marketing campaigns and maintain relationships with advisors and support key distribution relationships. Provide conceptual sales support and training on retirement concepts being marked to advisors.Job DescriptionDuties and ResponsibilitiesIndependently compare and evaluate annuity products based on knowledge of the channel, the product, the client, and the carrier to create appropriate proposals and present different alternatives, including: Train agents on Product benefits and differences to meet client objectivesProvide sales concepts including illustrations and presentations using carrier and product analysis to support and facilitate client sales.Proactive, self-directed contact to financial advisors on illustration requests, and follow up to assist in answering questions and any adjustments needed.Proactive calling on Elite Program, Webinar follow up, Compensation or Rate promotions as needed.Maintain constant availability for 800-line call coverage on inbound calls while making outbound calls during assigned times.Coordinate Channel coverage and schedules of Nassau Team.Serve as point of contact in the proper completion of applications (Eapp & paper), forms and provide support of Salesnet registration and access.Establish credible relationships with IMO staff and financial advisor and be able to provide immediate support on complex matters without direction.Educate IMO staff and financial advisors on the advantages and disadvantages of different annuity products.Identify new opportunities to increase sales to meet the goals of the organizationSubmit large case exceptions to Nassau Product management team.Act as the liaison between key clients and internal teams, assist the wholesaler and/or the financial advisor in implementing solutions and pro-actively resolve any issues and inquiries.Works independently on assigned projects; operates with considerable latitude for un-reviewed action or decision.Perform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesGoal-oriented, self-starter possessing excellent communication skills;3+ years of success in financial services sales (either wholesale or retail) with a focus on annuities.Extensive knowledge of annuities, Life insurance products and their applications in retirement planning.Experience in using Salesforce.com to log advisor data, activity, and other pertinent information helpful.Salary: $64,000Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training What AmeriLife OffersA comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, disability insurance, and life insurance.
