Internal Audit Digital Solutions Lead
We are seeking a talented Digital Solutions Lead to drive innovation within our internal audit operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of audit technology and data analytics in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Architect and implement a comprehensive digital solutions ecosystem that enhances audit operations.
ā¢ Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a digital solutions strategy aligned with organizational goals.
ā¢ Establish governance and performance metrics to ensure effective integration of audit technologies and analytics.
ā¢ Identify and deploy advanced analytics and AI use cases to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
ā¢ Drive the adoption of digital solutions across audit teams through training and enablement programs.
Skills
ā¢ 10+ years of experience in internal audit analytics or digital solutions, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
ā¢ Proven expertise in designing and implementing digitization strategies within financial services or similar sectors.
ā¢ Strong understanding of audit methodologies and IIA Standards.
ā¢ Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Experience with enterprise audit management platforms and modern analytics/data platforms.
ā¢ Familiarity with AI and automation in regulated environments.
ā¢ Relevant certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA are a plus.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
