Intern - Project Manager - Summer 2026

As an intern for project management, you will work within Acxiom’s Solutions and Analytics organization to assist with implementation of sizable projects and bring high quality to product and solution development projects. This is a chance to engage in the implementation of marketing solutions and products for our customers. Internship details: The internship will begin June 15th, 2026 20-25 hours/week work dedication during the semester and up to 40/week during breaks and summer Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027 Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status What you will do: Daily/weekly housekeeping activities or follows up with the PMs PM and respective team allocation changes and updates in Workday Check for overallocation in Workday Workday project attributes updates such as hours, end dates, stage and other updates OKR updates Program dashboard metrics report updates and follow-ups New project set up and groundwork activities Provides various support for the PM Summit initiatives. - Supporting Level 1,2 & 3 PM audits - Various project set up and maintenance activities SP site (Internal & External), Workday, JIRA, Slack, Teams, ACC, User access Project meetings set up/follow ups Limited PM backups during FTOs/travels/short term medical assistance - Assist in filling PM backup vacation plan - Assist in managing project documentation for various project implementation stages - Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items - Follow up with PMs on: Timesheet submissions Follow up on action items from the Monday program call and weekly PM team meetings Reviews on project status deck for completion and any obvious mis- What you will need: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business Experience in using tools like MS Project, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Proven track record to connect with internal partners – providing status updates accordingly Experience in leading project teams in educational setting Validated attention to detail with demonstrated tenacity for getting things done Proactive learning and strong initiative What will set you apart: Experience with collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Trello Experience using Agile-based methodologies within a software development function We believe in building an exciting workplace where associates feel highly motivated and want to engage every single day.
