Intern - Oracle Application Developer

Responsibilities Develop technical solutions that meet business requirements based on functional designs Provide technical specifications, unit test plans and installation plans for new systems or enhancements Perform problem analysis, coding, unit testing and debugging Coordinate with team members to work on solutions and perform code reviews Develop advanced solutions in Oracle EBS and related technologies and tools Develop file and database structures, interfaces between internal and external systems Provide third-tier user support during installation and end-user training Design forms, reports, data collection, processing and control procedures for assigned systems Skills Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills Good oral and written communication skills Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment Promote a cooperative and productive team environment Interpersonal skills to establish and nourish relationships with internal/external clients Strong people skills including the ability to interact with employees at all levels Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering, or AI and Machine Learning with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship Benefits Executive and peer networking opportunities Independent and team project experiences Philanthropic activities Career development Opportunity to apply for full-time career positions Flexible hybrid work environment, 2-days a week in office Company Overview GM Financial is the captive finance company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Motors Company.
