Integrations Engineer

Retell AI is a voice AI platform for production phone agents, enabling enterprise call centers to deploy AI agents for handling real calls at scale. The Integrations Engineer will be responsible for building and shipping integrations that enhance Retell's presence within existing developer tools, ultimately driving user signups and engagement.ResponsibilitiesBuild and ship MCP server integrations that put Retell inside AI-native workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)Build and maintain connectors on N8N, Zapier, Make — own the full lifecycle from submission to listing optimizationCreate plug-and-play starter workflows that lower time-to-first-call for new signupsInstrument the self-serve funnel: track which integrations drive signups, activation, and conversionWork with our PLG PMM to prioritize which integrations to build next based on user demand and distribution potentialOwn the developer onboarding experience for integration users — docs, quickstarts, error handling, sample reposMaintain and improve our public API surface as the primary consumer of itSkillsYou've shipped production integrations on at least one major platform (Zapier, N8N, Slack App Directory, Salesforce AppExchange, etc.)You're a strong generalist engineer — comfortable across Node/Python, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and whatever random auth scheme the next platform usesYou think about integrations as distribution, not just technical plumbing. You care whether the listing converts, not just whether the connector worksYou move fast and ship without waiting for permission.
