Integration Analyst
Act as the lead analyst, Interact with the IT project managers, DSC Business Unit IT to implement B2B, A2A integrations. Participate and run workshops with key stake holders to fully understand integration requirements and document them into mapping specifications according to the integration architecture and the best practices. Review with WMS/TMS implementation analysts and customer team for design approval. Effectively understand the customer and internal application EDI/API definitions, B2B/A2A protocols to integrate smoothly. Work with in-house development, support teams and shared services to implement agreed on solutions with quality within the stipulated time with the software factory team, ensure compliance with the project phase schedule.
