Intake Specialist *INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES*
About the Role
We are seeking an Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This position is open exclusively to candidates INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES and plays a key role in handling initial client intake for legal matters. The Intake Specialist is often the first point of contact and must be professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
The ideal candidate has prior intake, call center, or legal support experience, strong English communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
• Conduct client intake interviews and gather relevant case information
• Accurately document client details in the case management system
• Screen potential cases based on established criteria
• Schedule consultations for attorneys or case managers
• Provide clear, professional communication to prospective clients
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
• 1+ year of intake, call center, customer service, or legal support experience
• Strong spoken and written English skills (required)
• Must be located outside the United States
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work U.S. business hours or overlapping hours
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
