Your Impact:
Promotes the values of HangerReceives incoming calls from patients and scheduling various appointment types for multiple locationsCommunicates professionally with patientsAppropriately documents and confirm requested appointmentProvides excellent customer serviceDetermines the most appropriate location, clinician, and appointment type needed for the patientManages incoming faxes from referral sourcesTriages and route general inquiry callsContacts patient for no show/rescheduled appointments
Minimum Qualifications:
RequiredHigh school education or equivalentMinimum of 2 years related experience: customer service, call center, working with medical records/insuranceBe at minimum a good fit for the job, as determined by the Talent Sorter assessment preferred. Hanger will administer the Talent Sorter as part of the selection processPreferredOrthotic and Prosthetic experienceExperience with EMR systems (NextGen)
