The Intake Office Coordinator will manage the intake process, ensuring a high-empathy experience for clients while handling administrative tasks and communication between departments. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing a "red-carpet" experience and ensuring the welcoming area is clean and organized Conduct initial assessments, gather necessary information, and verify client documentation Take client fingerprints, submit them to the FBI, and scan/upload all authorization forms and contracts into the case management system Prepare intake folders and mail Welcome Kits; manage office supply inventory and collect client payments following safety procedures Answer and direct incoming calls, confirm or reschedule client appointments, and coordinate communication between multiple departments Skills Bilingual Proficiency: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning case management systems Soft Skills: You possess 'ruthless attention to detail,' excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work independently Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service is preferred Benefits 401k Match Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Options for Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account Dependent Care FSA Basic Life Insurance Voluntary Life & AD&D Disability Insurance Voluntary Accident Insurance Voluntary Hospital Indemnity Insurance Employee Assistance Program Calm App Subscription Company Overview Lisinski Law Firm is a legal entity that specializes in immigration laws and helps immigrants deal with the complex immigration system.
