**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Operations**

As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for answering, responding to, and following up on alarm activity, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and security. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a real difference in people's lives. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll perform some or all of the following duties: * Verify, respond to, and dispatch on emergency signals in a timely and efficient manner * Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their queries and concerns * Operate under close supervision during the first 30 days, with ongoing training and support to ensure your success * Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as central station policies and protocols * Meet minimum productivity standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality results * Work weekend, holiday, and shift schedules, with occasional mandatory overtime * Notify customers of non-emergency signals and responders on emergency signals after dispatch * Process basic data changes to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Handle signals from multiple locations and TTY stations, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience or training/certification preferred * Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office applications and internet-based systems * Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration * Self-motivation, a professional attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability * Strong decision-making skills, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking * Ability to meet minimum productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on security or emergency response * Familiarity with VIP accounts and departmental procedures * Certification in customer service, security, or emergency response, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development **Work Environment:** This is a remote position, with classroom and on-the-job training held onsite at arenaflex's headquarters in Manasquan, NJ.
