We are seeking an Insurance Professional to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Expand business reach through networking techniques
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask

Generate quotes for prospective and current clients.
Analyze data and communicate information to clients in a concise manner.
Perform clerical duties as related to an insurance office.
Obtain in-depth knowledge of the Insurance Industry and multiple carriers
Required Skills:
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel) AMS360
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with personal lines rating systems like PL Rater
Strong typing skills
Required Experience/Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
2+ yrs. experience in property & casualty insurance industry
Independent or captive agency preferred
P &C Licensed required
Required education:
High school or equivalent
Required experience:
Customer Service: 2 years
