**Key Responsibilities**

* **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to customers on product usage and best practices, enabling them to maximize their outcomes.
* **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes using our internal CRM system, ensuring data integrity and fostering a proactive customer approach.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* **Educational Background**: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* **Experience**: A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably within a corporate environment.
