Job Summary:IPG is seeking an Insurance Agent- Sales who will report to the Supervisor, Sales. Agents are responsible for guiding customers through our products and services, confidently answering questions, resolving concerns, and ultimately helping them see the value in choosing coverage that protects their pets.Job Location: Remote – United StatesMain Responsibilities:Actively contributes to solution innovation, sales efforts, and retention strategies, turning everyday service interactions into opportunities to reinforce value and secure commitment from both current and prospective clients.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by actively seeking new business opportunities and converting leads into customers.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing information about pet insurance products and services.Claims Assistance: Provide support to clients in the claims process, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues.Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge, staying updated on industry developments.Maintains understanding of federal and state regulations to include compliance.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the broader goals of the team and contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused sales environment.Basic Qualifications:2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience preferredMust have and maintain a Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one within 45 days of hire—with support and guidance provided by our company to help you secure the license.#LI-REMOTE#IPGAll of our jobs come with great benefits including healthcare, parental leave and opportunities for career advancements.
