Instructional Designer V (Contingent)

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic Instructional Design team and unleash your creativity in developing interactive and engaging eLearning and instructor-led experiences. Contribute to enhancing our onboarding program for Amazon new hires and elevating our train-the-trainer program with innovative content creation.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct needs analysis and enhance existing content to align with audience needs and learning goals.
• Utilize Instructional Design best practices to design interactive content with gamification elements.
• Incorporate feedback iteratively to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications/ Skills:
• Strong collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Familiarity with Vyond animation software or similar tools
• Knowledge of Synthesia software
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
