Insights Analyst

Position Purpose:
Responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing and translating data into actionable insights to drive customer and market understanding across the organization. These efforts supports customer acquisition and retention efforts, identify market opportunities, and measure improvements. Key responsibilities include designing and executing data collection strategies, analyzing both structured and unstructured data sources (including solicited and unsolicited feedback), and synthesizing findings into clear, impactful insights.
• Identify relevant data & insight sources and create analytic plans to address the business question Obtain data through creative and fundamentally strong quantitative data sets
• Thoroughly analyze data, using traditional or hybrid methods to identify insights and opportunities
• Conceive and create data visualizations that help stakeholders quickly and accurately understand potentially complex findings
• Design infographics, independently design dashboards to surface key findings, and motivate action on findings through presentations
• Build and deliver executive-style summary presentations and corresponding interactive dashboards
• Leverage advanced analytics techniques as necessary to address the business question
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, CX/UX Research or equivalent experience required. 4+ years relevant professional experience in data analysis, market research, or customer insights required.
Intermediate-level proficiency in one or more analytical tools and platforms, including Excel, SPSS, SQL, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI required.
Experience with government sponsored and insurance data sets preferred.
Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
